Domestic Shipping (within Hungary):
Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery times typically range from 3-7 business from dispatch.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited options may be available at an additional cost, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.
International Shipping:
NUVORAHOME is proud to offer international delivery to a wide range of countries.
Costs & Times: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the items purchased.
Customs & Duties: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking:
Once your NUVORAHOME order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
You can easily track the delivery status of your NUVORAHOME order by clicking the link in the email or by entering the tracking number on our “Order Tracking” page for real-time updates.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility:
You may return items purchased from NUVORAHOME within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a NUVORAHOME return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@nuvorahome.com or through our Contact Us page.
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your NUVORAHOME product arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
To facilitate a swift resolution, please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned for specific reasons. These include:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Custom-made or personalized orders
Final sale or clearance items
We do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your NUVORAHOME refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a NUVORAHOME item for the same product, please contact us.
