Overview & Eligibility

At NUVORAHOME, your satisfaction with our modern home decor and innovative lighting solutions is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our NUVORAHOME return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a NUVORAHOME refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our dedicated customer support team at info@nuvorahome.com or through our Contact Us page. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your NUVORAHOME product arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To facilitate a swift resolution, please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for specific reasons. These include:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items

Custom-made or personalized orders

Final sale or clearance items

We do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your NUVORAHOME refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  5-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a NUVORAHOME item for the same product, please contact us at info@nuvorahome.com.
